300g (2 cups) flour
250ml milk
200ml  water
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
extra milk
Method

Ingredients
250g cooked spinach, chopped
250g fetta cheese
3 spring onions
1 egg, beaten
250g filo pastry (16 sheets)

Method

Set oven at 160C fan-forced. Spray or brush oven tray with oil.
Mix spinach, fetta cheese, spring onions and egg, season with pepper.
