This is a basic recipe for nalesniki (crepes).   Ingredients 300g (2 cups) flour 250ml milk 200ml  water 3 eggs 1/2 tsp salt extra milk Method Beat eggs with milk. This is a fool proof way of always having perfect cooked rice.     2 cups rice 4 cups water a pinch of salt Place the rice, water and salt into a microwave safe dish, cook uncovered  on high for 22 minutes.
