Cheese Dip
A basic dip that can be varied with the addition of tasty ingredients. Serves: 6 Ingredients 125 g cream cheese or ricotta cheese 1/4 cup (65ml) mayonnaise or sour cream 2 teaspoons (10ml) lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped chives Method 1 Mix all ingredients 2 Serve Note: Can be stored in airtight container in the fridge.
