Ingredients
1 avocado, lightly mashed
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1/2 tomato, finely diced
1 tablespoon (20 ml) lemon juice
1 tablespoon (20 ml) sweet chilli sauce or 1 small chilli, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Texture should be coarse and chunky
